EQ-i 2.0® - Emotional Intelligence   

Objective: 

At the end of this 8-hour course participants will acquire an appreciation of the impact of emotional intelligence on improving their workplace relationships.  Furthermore, they will gain insights into increasing their own emotional intelligence in order to have more productive relationships. To achieve this objective, we will be using the EQ-i 2.0® Assessment and report (included in the package).

NOTE: If you have more than 10 participants, purchase the Introduction to EQ-i 2.0® (additional participant) for each additional attendee.

Prerequisites:

Participants complete the EQ-i 2.0® Assessment 7 days prior to the session (included in your package)
